A quick reference for common issues and how to fix them.

Microphone Issues

No microphone devices appear in the selectorCheck your OS sound settings and make sure a mic is connected and enabled
Mic is listed but the AI doesn't hear meSelect the correct device; check system input volume; speak closer to the mic
Echo or feedbackUse headphones to prevent the AI's audio from looping back into your mic

Queue Issues

ProblemSolution
Lost my queue positionThe tab must stay open. Close = lose your place. Click Start Call to rejoin.
Queue position doesn't updateWait a few seconds — it refreshes automatically. If stuck, refresh the page and rejoin.
Stuck at "connecting" after queueRefresh the page and try again. May indicate a temporary server issue.

Call Issues

ProblemSolution
Call ended immediately without a recommendationA timeout may have occurred. Rejoin and try again.
AI response cuts off mid-sentenceMay be a network blip. Ask the AI to continue, or end and start a new call.
AI misheard meSpeak more clearly or in a quieter environment. The transcript shows what was heard.
Timer ran out before I got a responseEach session is 2 minutes max. Try to keep your initial question concise.

Browser Issues

ProblemSolution
App not loadingCheck your internet connection. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).
Works in Chrome but not another browserChrome and Edge have the best compatibility. Try switching browsers.
Page looks broken or unstyledHard-refresh the page to clear stale cached assets.
